COMMENCEMENT
This agreement comes into effect when we acknowledge receipt of your funds on WhatsApp or SMS.

CONFIRMATION OF INVESTMENT
This confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS on the mobile number provided by you on the sign up page on this site.

WHO ARE WE?
We are Easy Invest Trust (Registration Number IT 001212/2020. We bring you access to investment products with Momentum, Metropolitan Holdings Ltd (Registration Number 2000/031756/06). Easy Invest is not a Financial Services Provider. We do not provide advice or investment management as envisaged in relevant legislation, such as the Financial Advisory and Services Act (37 of 2002).

A telephone number on which we can reach you for all purposes and Your I.D Number. 

FEES AND COSTS PAYABLE FROM YOUR INVESTMENT
For administrative services in relation to your investment.
Tax upon withdrawal.

CLOSING YOUR INVESTMENT
You may close your account and request payment of your balance at any time, which we will process within 14 working days.  

SOUTH AFRICAN LAW
We have controls and regulations relating to the detection and prevention of financial crime. We may be required to terminate this agreement and services (subject to any restrictions imposed by law) without prior notice to you.You may be requested to provide information and documents about yourself, to assist us in operating these controls and regulations.

DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
This agreement will continue while you have this investment with us.Our obligations to you under this agreement relating to how we treat your personal information will continue after you ceased to have an investment with us.

GOVERNING LAW

WHO IS EASY INVEST TRUST
Is a client of Momentum and I am a beneficiary of said trust and in no way have a contractual agreement with Momentum.
Easy Invest is not a Financial Services Provider and is advised by Oxediaon Solutions.
